HOW I CAN GET A QUOTE?

There is 3 ways to get a quote with us.
- Use QUOTATION FORM to get instant no obligation ONLINE QUOTE, please complete on our website to see price in real time.
- You can also REQUEST QUOTATION SURVEY at your home.
- Or you can provide INVENTORY LIST by email and we will send you quotation on to your email. To send inventory list EMAIL HERE


WHAT SIZE OF VAN WILL I NEED?

Depending of the amount you are moving. You can find dimension inside of each VAN SIZE we provide on our website. If you still have problem to choose what van size you will need, please check our moving guide on HOW TO CHOOSE RIGHT VAN SIZE or alternatively send us inventory list, so we can help you estimate van size you will need.


DO I NEED TO INC. TRAVEL TIME IN TO LOADING / UNLOADING?

No. Please estimate loading and unloading time only. Millage and travel time will be included in your quotation.
If you need Packing & Unpacking service please extend time in Loading - Unloading time.


HOW MANY MEN WILL I NEED FOR MY MOVE?

Depends on the amount of goods you are moving and the overall schedule for your move. On our website you have an option to choose from 1 man up to 3 men with one van. Please consider to select at least 2 men if there are too heavy or too large items for one man.


DO YOU WORK AT THE WEEKEND?

Yes. Our removals experts' team work 7 days a week from 7am till 10pm.


CAN I CHANGE DATE OR TIME OF MY BOOKING?

YES. But you need to contact us at least 48 hours before your move, so we can check if we have availability. As long as we have availability than we can amend time or date. If you need to amend time or date, please call our office.


HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay Online by "Debit Card" / "Credit Card", "PayPal" or "By cash on the day to the driver". If you selected payment by "Debit Card" / "Credit Card" or "PayPal" you must pay at least 24 hours before trough the website. Our driver doesn't accept Card payments. If you pay by cash, please pay before unloading the van.


CAN I TRAVEL IN THE VAN?

Yes. One passenger can always travel in the van. Sometime we can take up to 2 passengers as there are 3 seats in the van. If two passengers need to travel in the van, please contact our customer service to check if there will be available room for an extra passenger.


DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA AT THE WEEKEND?

NO. We do not charge more at the weekend. Same rates 7 days a week.


ARE YOU INSURED?

YES. Our Goods in Transit insurance cover up to £10000 with additional 'Hire and Reward' allows us to carry passengers.
£1,000,000 Public Liability insurance is included as standard.
We are not liable for the first £250.00 per claim. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure extra insurance is arranged if required.
Goods will be protected only by our insurer, if our removals team will prepare for the transport all of the things described in Transport List by our customer.


WILL YOU BRING MY GOODS TO ANY FLOOR, AND ANY ROOM?

YES. Our team bring all your goods to selected floor. We will take your goods up to fourth floor even if there is no lift / elevator, and any floor if lift/elevator is in operating and of course to any room on your request.


WHAT TIME VAN WILL ARRIVE?

On our BOOKING FORM you can choose time you need the van to be at the pickup address. Van will arrive punctually as usual. If there will be any delay because of the traffic or any unexpected issues we will contact you to update about arrival time.


WILL I NEED TO ARRANGE PARKING SPACE FOR THE VAN?

YES. Our customers are obligated to arrange parking space for our Van, please reserve parking space for the van as close as possible, so this will help keep loading / unloading time to a minimum.


WILL I NEED TO ARRANGE PARKING PERMIT?

YES. All our customers are obligated to arrange parking permit or reserve space for the van.
If there are no restrictions, please reserve parking space for the van as close as possible, so this will help keep loading time to a minimum.
If there are restrictions for the parking, please arrange parking permit. We will provide vehicle details as Reg.no, Make, Model and Colour 48 hours before the date of service.
When you don't provide parking permit then you are obligated to pay Penalty Charge Notice £65 in advance to our driver before we start the job. We will refund your money back if we don't get Penalty Charge Notice by letter within 3 weeks. If we will get Penalty Charge Notice ticket we will send copy proves on to your email.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We cover all London areas within M-25 on daily basis. We are sending the closest van in to your area and we don't charge for the time we need to reach to your address. Time starts when we start the job.
As well we offer Nationwide Removals from London to Any City in the UK and from Any City in the UK to London to London. We only charge one way distance from point A to point B.


HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Usually 1-2 days, but weekends are very busy so it's best to book in advance.
If you need LAST MINUTE service, please call us to check availability.


WHAT IF I GO OVER THE ESTIMATED TIME OF MY BOOKING?

If job runs over the estimated time than we charge in half hour blocks according to your hourly rate on your quotation or booking confirmation. Please select realistic time for loading and unloading as we can stay with you up to one hour longer than your estimated time for your move. As we need to be sure that our next customers can be serviced on schedule.

DO YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL COSTS OR EXTRA CHARGES?

No, except if job will run over the estimated time or you provided inaccurate details such as flooring, lift, or van size.


WHAT IF I WILL NOT USE FULL TIME? WILL I GET A REFUND?

We need to schedule the requested time for your move for our team, so please try to be as much precise as you can when you selecting loading and unloading time. We won't offer any refunds for unused time and you are obligated to pay in full for fully reserved time. Please contact us if you need help with estimating time for loading and unloading.
